This 65,000-square-foot speculative office building is located in Carlsbad, California. Buie Communities was the developer of the approximately $8.0 million project. The three-story, steel-framed facility encompasses a large interior courtyard with exposed balconies. The structural design features oversized columns to increase seismic resistance, with steel decks and concrete slabs.
Morena Vista Parking Garage

STC was part of the Regency Developers design/build team on this 76,000-square-foot parking garage for Morena Vista, a new 163-unit apartment complex in the Linda Vista area of San Diego. The structural design for the parking garage includes the post-tensioned concrete deck, columns, footings, floor slab, retaining wall and shotcrete shear walls.
